The first two weeks decide the sale.
A home priced correctly attracts its buyers immediately. A home priced hopefully sits, goes stale, and eventually sells for less than it would have on day one. We will show you the comparable sales and tell you the truth about the number.
Then we prepare the property properly — condition, presentation, the features that actually move a buyer — and we market it through the MLS®, our own network and social, not as an afterthought.
